‘Adhyapak Samvarg’ merged in School Education

Bhopal. Services of Adhyapak Samvarg working in the academic institutions of the School Education Department in 224 community block headquarters of the state have been merged in the School Education Department. The notification in this connection has been published in the Madhya Pradesh Gazette (Extra Ordinary) on July 30, 2018.

In accordance to the announcement of the Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, services of the Adhyapak Samvarg working under the Madhya Pradesh Panchayat Adhyapak Samvarg and Madhya Pradesh Nagriya Nikay Adhyapak Samvarg were to be merged in the services of the School Education Department. Accordingly, decision was taken in the meeting of cabinet held on May 29, 2018.

The Sahayak Adhyapak, Adhyapak and Varishtha Adhyapak of Adhyapak Samvarg, appointed and working currently in departmental academic institutions controlled by the local bodies in 224 community block headquarters of the state have been merged in the Education Department. They will be appointed on the posts of Primary teachers, Middle school teachers and Higher secondary school teachers, according to the Conditions and Recruitment Rule-2018 of Madhya Pradesh State School Education Services (Academic Cadre).

In implementation of the newly formed and Published Rule, the staff working under the Adhyapak Samvarg will come under the School Education Department from the Local Bodies. This staff will receive benefits of 7th pay scale as per the rule of July 01, 2018 besides other benefits equivalent and in uniformity to the government servants.
