Employment offices to be upgraded as placement centres on PPP mode

Bhopal. A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the state’s Employment Department and Yashasvi Academy for Talent Management Private Ltd. Pune for the upgradation of employment offices as placement centres on the basis of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) mode in the presence of Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Skill Development and Technical Education Deepak Joshi. The MoU was signed by Director Employment Department Sanjeev Singh and Director of Yashasvi Academy Vishvesh Kulkarni. Joshi said that with this MoU, the work of making jobs available for the unemployed would be ensured on priority at selected 15 district headquarters.

Districts selected for placement centres - As many as 15 districts have been chosen to project employment offices as placement centres on the basis of public participation in the state. These include Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur, Rewa, Gwalior, Sagar, Ujjain, Hoshangabad, Shahdol, Dhar, Khargone, Dewas, Singrauli, Satna and Katni.

Main objective of PPP Mode - This company will plan and implement modern placement centres. Apart from making job opportunities available for the youths in private sector, information about personality development, C.V. writing and demand for market updates will also be made available. The demands of human resources in the market will be estimated and analyzed and career counseling will be imparted to unemployed youths under PPP mode. Apart from preparing young unemployed persons as per market demand, employment fairs and career counseling sessions will be organized. Apart from this, jobs will be made available for applicants in concerned districts in coordination with local planners.
