International Museum Day to be observed on May 18
Bhopal. The International Museum Day will be observed by the Archeology Department on May 18. Exhibitions will be organized at 15 places of the state on this day. The Exhibition ‘Major Museum of the World’ will be organized at the state museum of Bhopal.
Commissioner Archeology Anupam Rajan has informed that ‘Shivlingam’ exhibition at Rani Durgavati Museum- Jabalpur, ‘Raag –Ragini’ at Tulsi Museum Ramvan-Satna, ‘Shivputra Kartikey’ at Central Museum –Indore, ‘ Shivputra Ganesh Kartikey’ at triveni Museum-ujjain, ‘Mahakaal ke Adhbhut Shringaar’ at Maharaja Chhatrasaal Museum-Dhuvela of Panna, ‘Bhartiya Chitrakala mein Ramkatha’ at Gajuri Mahal Museum-Gwalior, ‘Madhya Pradesh ki Chhatriya’ at District Archeology Museum, Vyankat Bhavan-Rewa will be held. Similarly, exhibition will be held on topic ‘Bhim Baithika ke Shailchitra’at Yashovarman Archeology Museum-Mandsaur, ‘Gauri Putra Ganesh’ at Archeology Museum Archeology Museum Damyanti Mahal-Damoh, ‘Kaans Pratimaon mein Shaiv Pratimaein’ at District Archeology Museum-Panna, ‘Devi Parvati’ at Archeology Museum Kasrawad- Khargone, ‘Madhya Pradesh ki Kothiyaan’ at District Museum-Bhind, ‘Shilpkala mein Nayikaein’at Devi Ahilyabai Holkar Museum Maheshwar –Khargone and ‘Madhya Pradesh mein Jain Smarak’ at District Archeology Museum-Vidisha.
