Kadaknath rooster is available online now
Bhopal. Minister of State for Cooperative (Independent Charge) Vishwas Sarang dedicated ‘Madhya Pradesh Kadaknath App’ today. Principal Secretary Cooperative K.C. Gupta, Commissioner Cooperative Renu Pant, senior officers and citizens were present on the occasion.
MoS Sarang said that the ‘Madhya Pradesh Kadaknath Mobile App’ is being introduced for the cooperative societies linked with Kadaknath production and selling activities under the Sahkarita se Antodaya scheme. Keeping in view the local resources and availability, people are being connected to undertake kadaknath production through cooperative societies. Moreover, arrangements are being made to provide them technical guidance and capital to provide them employment opportunity by linking them with the cooperative societies.
Sarang further mentioned that consumers and traders could reach societies through App. Such a platform is being made available to the societies through App that will facilitate them a modern market. E-mail, phone no. and information about the society and production can be obtained by direct clicking the menu on the app. Option for demand and enquiry has also been given and there is a facility to email directly to the society by clicking submit button. The app can be downloaded from the Google play store.
Furthermore, Sarang said that Kadaknath rooster is better than other breeds of the roosters. It contains rich quantity of proteins and less fats. He mentioned that kadaknath rooster is full of Vitamin-B1, B6, B12, C, E, niacin, calcium, phosphorus and hemoglobin. This rooster is found only in the world in Jhabua and Alirajpur of Madhya Pradesh.
Sarang further informed that 21 cooperative societies containing 430 members have been registered for kadaknath breeding at Jhabua, Alirajpur and Dewas district. App contains complete information about these societies. Business has been started by the 4 societies and the remaining societies are in the process to conduct business. Anyone can send online demand to these societies through app to purchase kadaknath rooster. Moreover, a home delivery facility will also be provided in future, he added.
