Late ASI Bhilala will be given martyr status
Bhopal. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that Assistant Sub Inspector Police Late Amrit Lal Bhalala will be given martyr status. Rs one crore honorarium will be given to his family. A statue will be established in memory of late Bhilala. Giving government service to one member of his family will also be considered. Rambha Bai, wife of late Bhilala, will be provided with pension and other facilities as per rules. This was said by Chouhan at a condolence meeting organised at DRP Line, Nehru Nagar. Director General of Police Rishi Kumar Shukla, Divisional Commissioner Kavindra Kiyawat, senior police officials besides a large number of members of the police force were present.
Chief Minister said that Late Bhilala died while performing his duty without caring for his life. In this hour of grief, the entire state stands with his kin. Referring to his visit at the hospital where Late Bhalala was under treatment, the Chief Minister said that he had information that Bhilala’s health was improving rapidly. In fact Bhilala had spoken to him with great ease. He was mentally a very strong person who fulfilled his responsibilities with full evidence and hard work. Chouhan said that those guilty in the incident will be punished severely and prompt action will be taken in the case.
Chouhan said that today's information revolution is giving birth to unimaginable crimes. This is a subject of concern and contemplation. He said that police will create a strategy to stop crime with strictness.
He paid tributes at the feet of the departed soul and consoled his family. He prayed for the peace to the departed soul and grant strength to the bereaved family to bear the loss. Senior police officials besides the Chief Minister joined the final procession of late Bhilala. After the condolence meeting, the body was taken to his hometown Rajgarh with full state honour. Late Shri Bhilala passed away while undergoing treatment.
