Results analyzed on M.P. Career Mitra Mobile

Bhopal. The M.P. Career Mitra portal of Department of School Education has become popular among students. School students can enter their Samagra I.D. on and mpcareer mitra app and can see their career report card based on their likes and dislikes through the aptitude test in the app. For this they will have to visit the site or download mpcareermitra mobile app from Google Playstore. Information regarding all educational institutions of the state and the courses run by them are provided in the mpcareermitra app. The portal provides information information tips related to the subject besides messages from experts.

The aptitude test of Class X students of government schools of the state was organized from February 15 to 21. The main objective behind this test was to guide students to choose their career according to their interests and aptitude. Nearly 5 lakh 41 thousand students from 8,152 government schools all over the state took part in the aptitude test using 88 thousand 506 mobile sets. Students used M.P. Career Mitra app to express their likes and dislikes by answering 140 questions of the aptitude test related to 7 areas including defence services, agriculture, lalit-kala, arogya and organic science, commerce and technical areas.

After analysis 2 lakh 13 thousand students have expressed their interest in a career in commerce subject, one lakh 67 thousand students in agriculture, one lakh 8 thousand students in lalit-kala and one lakh 5 thousand students in defence services. The capacity of students will be tested through aptitude test on mobile app from April 9 to 21 in the state. On the basis of this test the student will be able to choose a subject of their interest and see the report related to the evaluation of their capacity for higher studies. The M.P. Career Mitra Portal and mobile app has been prepared with the combined efforts of School Education Department and Shyamchi Eye Foundation, Pune. Foundation. The foundation has undertaken this work free of cost using Corporate Social Responsibility Fund.
