State level “Mil Banche Pradesh” programme today
Bhopal. A State level programme of “Mil Banche Madhya Pradesh” will be held at Ladkui village of Nasrullaganj tahsil of Sehore district today. The Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan will hold direct dialogues with children. The programme will be relay directly by Doordarshan, Akashvani and regional channels and on social media from 11.30 a.m.
The ‘Mil Banche Madhya Pradesh’ programme has been implemented in the state for advancement of language skill, to develop reading habit other than text books, to develop comprehension skills and for multi dimensional development of the children through co-academic activities. Persons, who are participating in the programme will visit government primary and middle schools to encourage children for reading other interesting books along with the text books. It may be mentioned that this is the third programme under the ‘Mil Banche Madhya Pradesh’. Approximately 2 lakh 50 thousand persons are supposed to take part in the programme.
The Minister for School Education Kunwar Vijay Shah will take part in the programme at the Primary School of Roshni village of Khalwa block of Khandwa district; whereas Minister of State for School Education Deepak Joshi will participate in Boys Middle School of Hatpipalya of Dewas district. Similarly, Chief Secretary B.P. Singh will attend ‘Mil Banche Madhya Pardesh’ programme to be held at Amkheda village of Sanchi block of Raisen district. The eminent citizens of the society will also visit schools and will make the children understand the importance of education and apprise them about its usefulness in life. Social activist of Indore Padamshri Janak Palta at Primary school Sanavdiya Awas, Padam Bhalu Mode-Middle school-no.7-Malwa Mill-Indore, Padamshri Vijaydutt Shridhar at Chandrashekhar Azad Middle School located at Dusshera Maidan of Bhopal, Film Actor Rajeev Verma at Deepshikha Middle School-T.T. Nagar of Bhopal, Former National Hockey Player Zubeda Khatoon at Hamidia Girls Middle School, Former Hockey Player Ayesha Naeem at Victoria Middle School-Ginnori-Bhopal, Former Hockey Olympian Sameer Dad at Habibiya Girls Middle School, Hockey Player Syed Jalaluddin Rizvi at Phholmahal Middle School-Near Moti Masjid will enlighten children with useful information concerning education.
Similarly, under the ‘Mil Banche Madhya Pradesh’ dialogues will be held with children by Snooker Player Kamal Chawla at Government Middle School- Security Lines-BHEL, International Judo Player Kamla Rawat at Middle School of Security Lines, Weightlifter Priyanka Bais at Middle School of Salaiyya, Famous Danseuse Lata Singh Munshi at Kamala Nehru Middle School, Wrestling Player-Arjun Awardee Kripashankar Patel Vishnoi at Girls Middle School of Mhow-Indore, Miss Asia (Deaf) Deshna Jain at Jain Girls Ahilyashram Middle School No.-2-Polo Ground- Indore and Wrestling Player Arjun Awardee Shokindar Tomar Sahu at Government Middle School No.2 of Indore will hold dialogues.
Volunteers, who have registered themselves for the ‘Mil Banche Madhya Pradesh’ programme till now include youth, students, house wives, media persons, engineers, doctors, lawyers, players, voluntary organizations, retired employees, persons working in the private sector and officers besides employees of the government sector. Over 80 thousand volunteers from the total registered volunteers in the “Mil–Banche Madhya Pradesh” programme have also expressed desire to present gifts to the school. As many as 46 thousand persons will gift useful books to the students for competitive examinations under the “Gift-a-book” campaign of the School Education Department. Similarly, approximately 35 thousand volunteers have expressed their wish to give useful gifts to the children.
