Transparency will increase trust in students and parents
Bhopal. Higher Education Minister Jaibhan Singh Pawaiya has said that there is need of private partnership in health and higher education sector. Trust can be maintained in students and parents through transparency in private sector. He said this for continuity of new colleges, new units and colleges while issuing NOC to heads of various institutions. On this occasion he dedicated online application-approval portal for permission for foreign tour by the higher education department.
Pawaiya said that private colleges have not come with the objective of capital investment. They will have to create their own special identity by changing their outlook and work for the satisfaction of students and for self-satisfaction. It is important for colleges to maintain their quality of education. He said that complaint of any kind of corruption can be made in the department.
He gave certificates of new units, new colleges and continuity to 10 non-government institutions of 7 divisions. He granted approval on foreign tour application to Seema Mathur, Associate Professor of P.G. College, BHEL. Directors, owners and principals of various colleges from various divisions gave their suggestions to Pawaiya. Additional Chief Secretary B.R. Naidu and Additional Director Jagdish Singh Jatia were also present on the occasion.
Special allowance to employees of Sansthan - Pawaiya gave his approval to grant special allowance to employees who have completed more than 20 years in the Sansthan and working on collector rate at a meeting of the General Council of Higher Education Institute of Excellence. Discussion was held on construction works going on in the Sansthan, development cess rise, fee structure of professional courses, seminar hall in the Sansthan, starting a boys hostel, establishment of a research centre etc. A proposal to set up a statue of Swami Vivekananda was also was invited during the meeting.
