Bhopal. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that the poor should get their justified rights. For this government is making extensive efforts. The implementation of the schemes should be done with such passion that no person should remain deprived of the benefits. The schemes should be implemented at the panchayat level with administrative firmness and should be regularly monitored. Stern action should be taken in cases of negligence. Chouhan issued instructions to take the action of vehicle auction in illegal mining cases and form an effective strategy to curb crime against women. He told to make advance work-plan in view of the coming festivals and weather. Chouhan was addressing a joint meeting of divisional commissioners and Inspectors General of Police at the Mantralaya. Chief Secretary B.P. Singh and Director General of Police R.K. Shukla were also present during the meeting.
Sambal Yojana will create history of social security - Chief Minister said that Sambal Yojana is the most effective effort to eradicate poverty. The scheme should be monitored with awareness and activeness so that its benefits are availed by all the needy persons. He said that he will personally review the implementation of the scheme. The scheme's CM dashboard is being made. He said that fulfilling the needs of the poor is the most effective way of reducing poverty. It is important for the common man to understand the scheme well so that the implementation of Sambal Yojana can be done on extensive level. For this all media of publicity should be used extensively. No stone should be left unturned in this.
The Chief Minister reviewed the Flat Rate Electricity and Surcharge Bill Samadhan Yojana. He asked them to abolish the stamp duty obligation for the conversion work of electrical connections. The Chief Minister said that members of the Sambal Monitoring Committee should be established as the ambassadors of the scheme. The committee members should be included in the electricity bill registration camps and in the training programme of Master Trainer. He said that this year the government is paying the fees of students of second and final year seeking admission in higher education courses. Students must be given information about this in an extensive level.
Scheduled Tribes should get benefits with ease - Chief Minister said that administrative arrangements should be tightened so that members of the poor and the Scheduled Tribes cannot be deceived. He directed to ensure benefits of welfare schemes of the government to the poor and Scheduled Tribe members and to resolve their problems with sensitivity. He gave directions to the divisional commissioners to take personal responsibility while inspecting problems related to forest rights pattas, malnutrition, distribution of property, caste certificate, collection of forest produce and sale, right to cut trees on private land and for their effective solutions. He told them to re-examine forest rights claims and at a faster pace so that by the month of August all the eligible persons get forest rights pattas. He told them to ensure that all eligible persons should get the materials under Charan Paduka Yojana.
No one to be deprived of land-rights - Chouhan told to ensure that the entitlement letter of a piece of land should be provided to all eligible families before August 15. Efforts must be made with special vision to solve problems of families that have been settled on the land of urban areas since long. He said that he himself will also review the Revenue Court monitoring system from time to time. He also told to propagate the revolutionary changes being made in the Sharecropper Law and Land Revenue Code. .
Make payment of procurement amount soon - CM said that the divisional commissioner must himself examine the cases of farmers whose procurement of wheat, gram and lentil is not registered on the portal. The portal will be opened to register such farmers who have been missed on the basis of their report. He made it clear that it should be ensured that the arrangement is made only to benefit of the actual farmer. Also, payment of wheat procurement should also be ensured soon.
Keep law and order strong - He stressed on the need to make efforts to get the guilty of the Mandsaur incident punished at the earliest. He said that keeping the coming festivals in mind, arrangements should be made with sensitive work system. At all times, communal harmony should be ensured. An advance action plan should be made in view of natural calamities, with proper management of relief and rescue. He said that in illegal mining cases, the vehicles should be confiscated and auctioned. Similarly stern action should be taken against anti-social elements. The Chief Minister also mentioned the positive outcome of the action taken in the state in the last few days. He stressed on the need for strict vigilance on cyber crime and social media. He told to make special efforts to check trade of intoxicants.
Jan-Ashirvad Yatra to bring out ground reality - CM said that a Jan-Ashirvad Yatra will be organized in the state from July 14. During the visit, the Chief Minister will communicate directly with the common man. He will visit the slums and talk to the residents. He will apprise himself with the ground reality of the government schemes. To review the implementation of the work, he told to conduct surprise inspection of revenue courts, hostels, hospitals, schools and construction works.
